  • Project Role :    Cloud Services Engineer
  • Project Role Description : Act as liaison between the client and Accenture operations teams for support and escalations. Communicate service delivery health to all stakeholders and explain any performance issues or risks. Ensure Cloud orchestration and automation capability is operating based on target SLAs with minimal downtime. Hold performance meetings to share performance and consumption data and trends.

  • Job Requirements :
    • Key Responsibilities : 1 Minimum 5 Years experience as an Oracle database engineer/DBA 2 Very thorough and clear understanding of Oracle Database Architecture - including the latest version or Oracle 3 Extensive knowledge and troubleshooting experience in the following areas RAC, ASM, Exadata, Performance tuning, Data Guard Physical and Logical , RMAN 4 Experience in handling complex database recovery scenarios 5 Experience in troubleshooting various installation and patching issues

    • Technical Experience :       1 Very thorough and clear understanding of Oracle Database Architecture - including the latest version or Oracle 2 Extensive knowledge and troubleshooting experience in the following areas RAC, ASM, Exadata, Performance tuning, Data Guard Physical and Logical , RMAN 3 Experience in handling complex database recovery scenarios 4 Experience in troubleshooting various installation and patching issues
